Welcome back to another edition of Diego’s Bite Sized News.

We are officially in December and less than a month away from Christmas, where has this year gone! We have been working as hard as ever to ensure all our Australian made and owned products are available to our much-loved customers, far and wide!
We have alerted all our amazing customers of our cut off periods to ensure we’re stocked up during the break over Christmas and New Year’s. Please reach out if you are yet to hear from us, or have lost your reminder.

With Christmas on your mind we thought we would remind you of one of our favorite Food Service products…. our 5” Flour and Corn Tortillas! We find these to be the perfect size for entrees and a great menu addition for over summer. Think mini street tacos, mini tortilla stacks, tostadas, quesadillas and more! We have recently been in contact with Kate, the Head Chef from Lime Mexican. Lime Mexican Cavil Avenue currently buy a range of our products and so we thought we would ask her a few questions. Check out the interview in this month’s EDM.
Here at Diego’s we not only love to stay in contact with our customers but we love to introduce you to the hard working people behind the brand. In this month’s edition we would like to introduce you to Chris. Chris originally hails from Newmills in Northern Ireland and is an integral part of our maintenance team. He has been with us since 2009! Chris works daily on all the machinery that makes our delicious tortillas. I asked Chris a few rapid fire questions, check out his interview in this Months EDM!

To add to an already packed agenda in this month’s EDM we also have an unfortunate announcement regarding REDcycle. As most of you might have heard, REDcycle is no longer recovering soft plastics from Coles, Woolworths or ALDI. We have been advised to inform all our customers to send your soft plastics to landfill. Please head to the EDM for more information.
