Today we have an interview with Tony from Brassall Fresh Food. Brassall Fresh Food is an integral part of the Brassall community and serves smiles, fresh produce, gourmet treats and most importantly Diego’s Tortillas 😉 Tony was able to take a quick break from serving his wonderful community to give us peek into his store.

What is a draw card for customers shopping at Brassall Fresh Food?
I think the main thing that keeps customers coming back would have to be a collection of our quality fresh produce at affordable prices and the great customer service we give to our customers. we have created many personal connections with customers so that they may feel comfortable and respected when shopping with Brassall fresh produce

If you could describe Brassall Fresh Food in 3 words what would they be?
FRESH, FRIENDLY, QUALITY

Which of our products is your favourite?
The yellow corn tortillas would have to be my favourite product, they are delicious!

How has the interest of our products been among your customers?
The reception of your products has been a positive one, more and more people are coming to purchase your products.

Are there any particular varieties of our products that are more popular than others? (eg. Lower Carb, sourdough, classic etc.)
the yellow corn and white corn tortillas as well as the sourdough have been the most popular thus far.

We see you stock our Tortilla Warmer, what prompted you to start stocking this?
I was encouraged to stock the tortillas warmers by my wonderful Rep, Victoria! and I am always eager to try new things.

What do you think sets our products apart from other brands on your shelves?
I would have to say your product stands out because of the colourful and quality packaging that is provided.

8. Are there any upcoming promotions or events for your store you’d like customers to know about?
No upcoming events, however my customers should always lookout for some weekly specials we have running around the shop! Fresh for less!
