Meet Marco

Meet Marco, our Maintenance Apprentice who has just moved into the role from previously being Diego’s Purchasing and Procurement guru. Marco is now officially a jack of all trades at Diego’s, from knowing the ins and outs of purchasing and procurement and now learning how to work our impressive tortilla lines, he is a key part of the team here and we couldn’t do what we do without him! Let’s ask Marco a few questions so you can all get to know the person behind the machines.

What is your most favourite aspect of your job?
Learning how the machines work.

Which Diego’s product is your favourite?
The Corn Chips are hard to beat. So crunchy and perfect for taking large dips into guacamole or salsa!

What sorts of activities of you like to do outside of work?
Surfing, playing with my beautiful daughter and going out with family.

Where did you grow up?
Florianopolis- Brazil

What do you like most about living on the Gold Coast?
The beaches and the weather.
