PRODUCT OF THE MONTH – YELLOW CORN TORTILLAS

Diego’s GoMEX yellow corn tortillas were created from a desire to replicate the authentic tortillas Deann and her family ate growing up in Southern California and Baja Mexico.

We utilise a Traditional Nixtamalized Masa Flour made from yellow corn to make these corn tortillas and it’s safe to say they are a staple offering and a firm consumer favourite within our Diego’s range!

GoMEX Yellow Corn Tortillas are naturally free from gluten and wheat, artificial colours and flavours, with no added yeast and suitable for vegans.
