  • 10g El Yucateco Achiote Paste

  • 100g chicken breast

  • ½ tsp orange juice

  • 1 tsp oil

  • Small handful of lettuce leaves

  • 3 sliced cherry tomatoes

  • 1 thinly sliced ring of red onion

  • ¼ carrot, grated

  • ¼ cucumber, sliced

  • 1 tbsp crumbled feta

  • 1 tbsp smashed avocado, hummus or mayonnaise

Tip: Toast the wrap in a sandwich press for a warm lunch.


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Make a paste with achiote, orange juice and oil. Brush over chicken and bake for 12 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Let the chicken cool and slice thinly.
  4. Lay sourdough wrap on a flat surface and add a layer of smashed avocado, hummus or mayonnaise.
  5. Spread salad and chicken over the top half.
  6. Gently roll up wrap and secure in sandwich paper.
