Grilled Chicken Sourdough Wrap

Prep: 15 minutes Cook: Serves 6 People

Can be prepared with any of your favourite Diego’s GoWELL wraps.

  1. In a food processor combine dressing ingredients except olive oil.
  2. While food processor is running slowly drizzle in olive oil.
  3. Mix the chicken breasts with the rest of the salad ingredients.
  4. Add dressing to chicken and salad mix.
  5. Place fillings down centre of Sourdough Wrap and fold to encase.
  1. 1 pkt Diego’s GoWELL sourdough wraps

  2. 4 grilled chicken breasts cut into strips

  3. ½ large red onion, sliced

  4. 2 roasted red & yellow bell peppers sliced

  5. 1/2 of a coral lettuce

  6. Salt and pepper to taste

  7. DRESSING:

  8. ⅓ cup fresh parsley, tightly packed

  9. ⅓ cup fresh basil, tightly packed

  10. 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  11. 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  12. ¼ tsp sea salt

  13. ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
