Grilled Chicken Sourdough Wrap

Prep: 15 minutes Cook: Serves 6 People

Ready. Steady. Cook!

Can be prepared with any of your favourite Diego’s GoWELL wraps.

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. In a food processor combine dressing ingredients except olive oil.
  3. While food processor is running slowly drizzle in olive oil.
  4. Place dressing to the side.
  5. Slice capsicums and onions.
  6. Place into an oven safe dish and drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Place into the oven for 10 minutes
  8. Warm your tortillas as per packet instructions.
  9. Assemble by placing lettuce down first, then chicken, then veggie mix and drizzle with your dressing.
  10. Fold the base of the wrap up first, then fold in the sides tightly. Enjoy!

  2. 4 grilled chicken breasts cut into strips

  3. 1 large red onion, sliced

  4. 2 different coloured capsicums

  5. 1/2 of a coral lettuce

  6. Salt and pepper to taste

  7. DRESSING:

  8. ⅓ cup fresh parsley, tightly packed

  9. ⅓ cup fresh basil, tightly packed

  10. 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  11. 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  12. ¼ tsp sea salt

  13. ⅓ of a cup extra-virgin olive oil
