Ingredients

  • 6-8 slices of ham off the bone

  • 6-8 slices of cheese (variety of your choice)

  • Salad mix of cos lettuce leaves, julienned carrots & beetroot, sliced tomatoes & cucumbers

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 avocado or ¼ cup hummus

  • Note: For a gluten free version of this dish please use GoWELL Gluten Free Wraps.

Preparation

  1. Soften wraps as per instructions.
  2. Evenly spread Avocado or Hummus on each wrap followed by salad, ham and cheese.
  3. Season to taste and wrap to encase fillings.
  4. Cut in half to serve or for school lunches, wrap in glad wrap folding ends inward half way through wrapping.
