Homemade Hummus and Tortilla Chips

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 05 minutes Serves 8 People

Ready. Steady. Cook!

  1. Blend hummus ingredients until you reach your desired consistency. Taste and then add more salt or lemon juice if you would like to alter the taste.
  2. Cut tortillas into 8ths and place into a preheated pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil
  3. Turn tortilla chips over after about 3-4minutes or until golden brown
  4. Repeat this process until all chips are cooked
  5. Serve chips with hummus, a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of smoked paprika
  1. Hummus
    1 can of chickpeas

  2. 2 tbsp of the aquafaba (the juice of chickpeas)

  3. 4 tbsp olive oil

  4. 2 tbsp tahini

  5. Juice of 2 lemons

  6. 2-4 cloves of garlic

  7. Salt to taste

  8. Chips
    1 packet of Diego’s Wraps of your choice

  9. 2 tbsp olive oil

  10. 1 pinch of smoked paprika
