Salmon Sashimi Tostada’s

  • Spray oil

  • 500g sashimi grade salmon

  • 2 white peaches

  • 1/2 bunch chives

  • 2 limes

  • 2 tbsp hot sauce

  • Sea salt

  • Cracked black pepper

Tip: Cut tortilla's into triangles before baking for canape size tostada's


  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
  2. Spray a baking tray with oil, place single tortilla's on a baking tray and spray again with oil.
  3. Bake for 3-5 minutes or until slightly golden and crispy. Set aside to cool.
  4. Using a sharp knife thinly slice salmon lengthways.
  5. Cut peaches into thin strips and chives into 5 cm batons.
  6. To assemble tostada's:
  7. Place tostada's on a serving platter, top with sliced salmon, peaches, chives and hot sauce.
  8. Sprinkle over sea salt and pepper and juice of 2 limes.
