Spiced chicken and salad Power Wrap

Prep: 40 minutes Cook: 15 minutes Serves 1 Person

Power up your day with this filling and nutritious wrap!

  1. Combine yogurt and hot sauce.
  2. Slice the chicken breast into strips.
  3. Add the chicken to the yogurt mixture.
  4. Refrigerate and allow to marinate for 30mins.
  5. Preheat a non stick skillet to a medium high heat and brush with oil.
  6. Place chicken strips in skillet and cook for 3-4 mins on both sides until dark golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Set aside to cool.
  8. Heat wraps as per packet instructions.
  9. Spread tzatziki over entire wrap.
  10. In the centre of the wrap add cabbage, cucumber and chicken leaving a gap of 1 inch from the bottom.
  11. . Fold bottom of wrap to the centre, fold over left side of the wrap to the middle and continue to roll up tightly to finish.
  12. It is ready to eat now or wrap in foil and take for lunch on  the go!

  3. 100g plain yogurt

  4. 2 tbsp hot sauce

  5. ½ cup shredded green and red cabbage

  6. ½ a cucumber, finely sliced into strips

  7. 2 tbsp Tzatziki

Tip: Make the chicken the day before and enjoy this wrap the next day for your lunch!
