Spicy Corn Chips with Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp dried chilli flakes

  • 1 tsp sea salt flakes

Tip: Chips can be prepared prior to serving and stored in a airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days.

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Cut each tortilla into 6 triangles.
  3. Place chips in a single layer onto baking trays.
  4. Combine oil, chilli and salt flakes in a bowel. Generously brush each chip with oil.
  5. Bake for 10-12 mins or until golden brown.
