Meet Gwyn

The face behind Diego’s! Gwyn is our all rounder receptionist and sales assistant who greets all our customers face to face and over the phone, helps assist our BDM Debbie in sales administration and keeps our front of house ticking over. Read on to find a bit more about Gwyn and her role at Diego’s!

What is your favourite Diego’s product?

It would definitely have to be the Go Well Lower Carb!

Can you tell us about your journey and how you ended up working at Diego’s?

I have a background in cleaning and I wanted a change. I was successful in getting the job, and since then I haven’t looked back.

What is your role within the organisation and what are your key responsibilities?

I am the Receptionist/ Administrator which means I provide a high level of customer service as initial contact to the business. I also manage the company phone line and email where I answer enquiries and take orders.

What do you enjoy most about working in this role and why?

Meeting new customers and having a friendly interaction with them. I also love the camaraderie  we have within the Diego’s team.

How do you collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals?

I always raise any problems so we can talk and find solutions that will benefit the customers and company.

Are there any unique challenges you face and how do you overcome them?

Yes, there are always challenges you encounter. In my position it can be challenging when things don’t go according to plan and I must deal with unsatisfied customers. I embrace this challenge and  always try to ensure I can leave a customer feeling satisfied and happy.

How does your work contribute to the overall mission and values of the organisation?

Because I am the face of the company, every aspect of my work contributes to the mission and values of the organisation.

What do you think it is that keeps customers coming back to Diego’s?

The outstanding product that we offer, and exceptional customer service.
