The healthy life style that Diego’s owners Colin (the Aussie bloke) and Deann (the Californian girl) shared in a year of romance traveling between Southern California, Baja Mexico and the East Coast of Australia is the foundation of Diego’s grassroots family business.
We opened our first premises in a small factory in Miami, Qld where we produced our white corn tortillas, hand cooked tortilla chips and home made salsa without any real staff, customers or suppliers.
Why? Why not, as really the love of good food goes hand in hand with a happy healthy lifestyle and growing up in California, Deann really missed her tortillas, wraps, and salsas!
